Which payment methods do you accept?

-Online payments will be taken via PayPal and Stripe. -Payments for appointments must be taken in cash. -All appointment deposits are non refundable. -If the client is more than 15 minutes late with no prior communication then they forfeit their --Appointment and their deposit.

What is your refund policy?

There are no refunds for services rendered.

I've booked an appointment, what now?

1. Purchase the exact type of hair requested by your braider. This will allow for a smooth installment and the desired aesthetic. 2. Wash and blow dry your hair in advance of the appointment unless otherwise directed.
