If you have an almost empty pit, treat the amount that is in the pit or lagoon. Then monthly, treat the amount that is added each month. If you are treating a full pit that is about to be pumped and has never been treated before, we suggest a double treatment. Each water-soluble pack treats 50,000 gallons.
