iManure is a blend of live bacteria and enzymes designed to aid in manure pits, lagoons and slurry stores.  Live microorganisms feed on dead material and re-digest waster to reduce clumping and minimize the effect of undesirable odors.

iManure Biological Decomposition product is a Bacillus bacteria-based, non-harmful powder used for dairy, steer and swine waste.

Pump faster and easier with iManure products.  Less agitation, clumping and smells means cutting down on equipment and labor for pumping, agitation and irrigating.  Less solids also means a larger storage capacity.

Bacillus bacteria work on methane, ammonia, and hydrogen sulfide to cut down on odor both in the pit and during transport or application.  Less odor can also aid in reduced fly and pest population.  This can also results in happier neighbors!

With a more liquid manure, soil absorption will be quicker with less run-off and better nutrient retention in the field.

Q: Will iManure effect my fields?

A: It will not leave a residue or harm any valuable nutrients or minerals. iManure bacteria only feed on dead and decaying material

Q: Will iManure damage my equipment?

A: No.  All the ingredients are natural and will not harm agitators, pumps or irrigation

Q: How much do I add?

A: Please see the application instructions above.  If there is heavy bedding or very hard water, additional treatments may be necessary.  Initial treatments depend on the starting point of the pit

Strong Microbials believes in working smarter, not harder.  Each package comes in a water-soluble pouch that simply needs to be tossed into the pit.  It can also be mixed with non-chlorinated water and applied underneath the crust through the slats or gutter system.

Each pack treats up to 50,000 gallons of pit volume.  Treatments come in 10 million gallon, 5 million gallon and 2.5 million gallon quantities.  All water soluble pack are enclosed in either a water-resistant pail or mylar bag for resealing.  iManure has a 3 year shelf life. Store in a cool, dry area

  • Sucrose

  • Dried Bacillus subtilis fermentation product

  • Dried Bacillus amyloliquifaciens fermentation product

  • Bacillus licheniformis fermentation product

  • Bacillus pumilus fermentation product

For initial treatment, use 2 dissolvable packs per 50,000 gallons of manure.  For excessive bedding or hard water, mix 4 packs per 50,000 gallons.

Maintenance treatments:

Dairy cattle: 1 pack per 500 cattle per month

Beef Cattle: 1 pack per 1,000 cattle per month

Swine: 1 Pack for 7,000 pigs per month

For best results, the lagoon/pit should contain at least 5 inches of liquid on top of the solids.  If needed, iManure can be dissolved in cold, non-treated water.  Let dissolve for 10-15 minutes and empty into the gutter or slats.  This method can be used when there is crust on the top.

As with all operations, maintain a monthly treatment schedule and modify for best results.
