Subscriptions are easy to use and you can make changes whenever you need.

You'll have complete control over your subscription orders. Pause your shipments at least 24 hrs before the next scheduled shipment date by sending an email request to info@strongmicrobials.com.




How do I start a subscription?


Signing up for subscriptions is easy; it can be while purchasing a product.

Select the subscription option and continue checking out.




What will happen after I sign up for a subscription?


After you sign up for a subscription, you will receive a confirmation email. You will be billed on the day your order is shipped. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your subscription, such as if your subscription item is discontinued or out of stock, if you cancel your subscription, and confirmation when an order is placed successfully.




How do I view my upcoming shipments?


Your next scheduled shipment for each subscription item will be listed in the ‘My Subscriptions’ section of ‘My Account’.




How do I cancel or make changes to my account information?


To review or modify your account information, log in to your account. To change your shipping address for an order, click on the ‘Edit’ link located directly below the "Default Address." This address will apply to all subscriptions and future orders unless you make future changes. Please remember to press ‘Update Address’ and verify that your updated information was saved successfully.

We kindly ask that you allow up to 72 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.
